Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving

My wife, Stacey, hamming (er, turkeying) it up.

I’ll skip the puns for now. After a 15 year wait, I was not disappointed. We caught a screening at the newly restored Vista Theater, which looks beautiful. Wow, what a fun flick that delivers on (nearly) all of its promises. Great killer, great kills, and a great ending. Part of me does wish that there was a campy 80s version, more similar to the Grindhouse trailer. Maybe that will be the direction for the inevitable sequel? Position it as a prequel somehow? Hope so.
