Ggiata Sandwiches

Ever since I moved to LA, I’ve been on the hunt for a Philly-level sandwich. Often times the bread lets me down, other times the cook. Either way, you know it’s hard out here for a sandwich man. That was until Ggiata came into my life.

According to their website, “the inspiration for Ggiata comes from childhood friends who grew up eating authentic Italian Style deli sandwiches in Montclair, NJ.”

Say no more.

If you live in LA, I advise you to get yourself an eggplant or chicken parm sammy, stat. It easily rivals any sandwich you’ll get on the east coast.
